When filling out the form, select each service desired, by holding down the control button on your key pad, and clicking each service wanted.

Please include first and last name, name of friends, and each service wanted. Remember to let us know if you have shellac on currently, if you want a shellac manicure, french polish, or any add on service; as these additions require extra time.

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment, to find parking and pick your colors. We schedule appointments according to our specialists’ availability and specialty. If you are running late, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Arriving late will likely limit the time allocated for your service; it will lessen the effectiveness and most importantly your pleasure and enjoyment. As a courtesy to all clients, our treatments will be completed as scheduled, even if you are late. Thank you for your consideration and understanding. Gratuities are not included in the price of services and are greatly appreciated.
